The City of East Moline Parks & Recreation Department is re-introducing adult softball leagues at Jacobs Northeast Sports Complex. In order to do that we have to have enough umpires to staff the games.
On Sunday, February 12th from Noon - 2:00 pm there will be an informational umpire meeting at the East Moline City Hall Annex. The first night we are looking to start leagues is Thursday nights.
