This is one of East Moline's newest and most popular parks. Empire has a giant wooden jungle gym that will amuse children for hours. the park features three large picnic pavilions with working electricity and nearby grills.  Access to the East Moline and Hampton bike path, restrooms and rolle bolle courts compliment this large park.
