The City of East Moline (“The City”) is seeking proposals for a vendor to provide services to facilitate Online Payment Services for the entire City. Currently the City uses an online payment platform for our utility billing payments, fees issued by the Police Department, and fees issued by our Swimming Pool. Total transactions average 3,800 transactions per month. The City wishes to expand upon this service and include payments for building permits, all registration fees (food, liquor license, contractor registrations, etc.), park reservations, and any other fees implemented by the City. The contract for services will be for a period of 3 years with the option to renew for an additional year should both parties come to an agreement on terms. The City manages its customer account information using Caselle/Clarity Connect through Civic Systems. For compatibility specifications please contact Civic Sytems at (888) 241-1517.
