The East Moline Police Department submits monthly crime reports to the Illinois State Police and FBI. The Illinois Uniform Crime Reporting (I-UCR) Program collects crime statistics to provide reliable data for law enforcement and public use. Since transitioning to the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) on January 1, 2021, the program offers enhanced transparency.
