The City of East Moline has contracted with Republic Services to provide residential garbage, recycling and yard waste collection. While not all inclusive, this guide (PDF) is designed to provide you with information on the city’s waste and recycling collection program.

Business & Complex

Businesses and multiple dwelling of 3 or more in East Moline are required to have dumpsters for garbage collection. The city does not service these dumpsters, however, businesses may contract with a disposal service directly on their own.
