The City of East Moline has adopted and enforces the 2018 edition of the International Building Code, the 2018 International Mechanical Code, the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, the 2018 International Residential Code, the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code, the Uniform Minimum Plumbing Standards Code of the City of East Moline, subject to the provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code, and the 2017 edition of the National Electric Code.
