Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the East Moline Engineering &

Maintenance Facility located at 1200 -13th Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, 61244 until Friday, May 8, 2026,

at 10:00 a.m. local time. The Project includes replacement of the lead water services from the water main

to the water meter in the house of four hundred eighty-two (482) houses throughout the City of East

Moline.
